All completely redecorated from the couple we purchased it from who had lived here for 41 years and bought it brand new in the 70s.. completely updated this beautiful home on the water has everything you are looking for
This is an entire home so there are no spaces that are shared whatsoever.. the hot tub and kayaks and lake access are exclusively yours with free street parking or driveway parking
please rinse or shower before you get in the hot tub if you have lotion or oils on your skin it will melt, cloud the water, and plug the hot tub filters.. the party will then be over and we will, unfortunately, be charging you a cleaning fee for the hot tub
