Stunning Views every direction. 11 miles from Downtown Hot Springs National Park & Oaklawn Racing/Casino, 6 miles from Lake Ouachita State Park, 7 Miles to hiking trails in Ouachita National Forest, 1 hour from Petit Jean, Mnt Magazine or Little Rock, 20 mins to Coleman Crystal Mining and close to the nightlife.

The space

Coffee, Tea, K cup, snacks provided. VERY quiet area, great neighbors that are quiet and friendly to deal with. Great for quiet getaways, Golf Groups for Hot Springs Village, Racing Fans at Oaklawn, Crystal Mining, National Parks, National Forest, or just relaxing on the lake.

The Townhouse is in a quiet gated neighborhood which offers boat docks, Marina, boat/kayak rental, restaurant, patio, picnic areas plus the two bedroom two bath home with an Arkansas room and a back screened deck overlooking the lake

Other things to note

Hot Springs Village is located 11 miles outside of Hot Springs proper… In a very private gated community with an exceptionally low crime rate… Most of our guests find that it’s a wonderful getaway from the bigger city to a very quiet Lake setting whether they are going to Oaklawn for the horse races, gaming, the Hot Springs National Park for sightseeing… Lake Ouachita State Park, or the Ouachita National Forest for hiking through 1.7 million Acres which is just 6 miles from our townhouse. In addition within our gates, Hot Springs Village offers 9 golf courses, 11 Lakes, Numerous Restaurants/Clubhouses on the golf courses, Concert Venues, and 36 miles of hiking trails.
