After seeing a 600 sq foot concrete block home with dead boat, dead truck and waist high weeds in San Jose listed for $1.6 million.,Comparing that to the BARGAINS in Hot Springs Village, AR, Dennis could not help but ask… Are Cities Over Rated?
Dennis Simpson was interviewed twice for over two hours and the show was then edited to just 17 minutes, posted and heard by millions of podcast listeners.
Shortly afterwards, NPR’s flagship program, All Things Considered picked up the program (now edited to 3:17min) and broadcast it to over 37.7 million listeners all over the world.

He recently sent an email to the show noting the amazing discrepancies between Bay Area real estate and “fly over” land.
