Lake Front Room

30 steps from stunning lake with separate private entryway. This lower bedroom is completely isolated from the rest of the Lake house. Note: Access only from Stairs. See the views from the room in the worlds largest gated community Hot Springs Village. 9 Golf Courses, 11 lakes, 28 miles of hiking trails. We offer a hot tub for relaxing or free kayaks access for floating the lake. Close to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Ouachita, 1.7 million acres of Ouachita Nat Forest, 1 hr to Little Rock

The space

This beautiful and quiet lake front home is located in Hot Springs Village, AR. The largest gated community in the world. 26,000 acres, 9 golf courses, 11 lakes and over 25 miles of walking trails. 8 miles from Ouachita National Forest and Lake Ouachita. This private room and bath has a separate lower entrance and access (if needed) though the house down stairs. Note: Unit does not have a kitchen, only microwave and fridge. Many great restaurants nearby with very easy access There is a small deck outside the door and 30 strides to the lake. Queen sized bed with pillow top and cable, tv, wifi (50 meg) and coffee, shampoo, hair dryer, small fridge, microwave (free popcorn) and more. The bathroom is shower / tub combo and is well lit. We live upstairs on site.

Guest access

We will need to call you in a gate pass as soon as you arrive. Parking is on the (LOW traffic street). Driveway to stairs beside home or though the house. Room has it’s own separate sliding doors to the lake.

Other things to note

While we do include kayaks in our rental we will consider renting out our party barge on site too qualified renters. A Marina is also located on this 186 acre lake and can rent party barges, canoes, paddle board and kayaks. Bait, Fuel, etc (and organic coffee of course). We can arrange for member rate golf, tennis, pickleball and all other amenities (with notice).
